I’ve always been passionate about helping small and mid-sized companies achieve big ambitions—despite limited resources. That’s the reality most leaders face: bold goals, tight budgets, and an increasingly competitive landscape.

As a leadership coach and Vistage peer group chair, I support established and emerging leaders by: 

• Leading peer advisory groups where leaders challenge, support, and inspire one another to accomplish what they can’t—or won’t—do alone;

• Conducting 1:1 coaching to progress individual growth and success goals; and

• Facilitating leadership meetings, team building, and strategy sessions.

The result is real accountability, better decisions, and meaningful progress.

In my past, I served as CEO and President of Archbright, an HR, Safety, and Employment Law organization supporting over 2,000 SMB employers across the Pacific Northwest. Earlier in my career, I founded Go-To-Market Strategies, a national sales and marketing resource center. With more than 30 years of experience, I’ve also led both product and service organizations at executive levels—bridging strategy and execution to drive growth. 

I hold a BA from the University of Washington and a Strategic Leadership Certificate from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
